FAQ
Getting Started
-
I don’t offer consultation calls. My work is experiential, not evaluative, and a brief call can’t reflect the depth or pacing of the support I provide. Instead, I invite women to begin with a single session so you can experience the work directly.
-
Consultation calls often turn into sales conversations or rushed assessments. My work requires presence, depth, and nervous system awareness things that can’t be squeezed into a short call.
-
The best way to know is by experiencing the work. A single session offers grounded, compassionate support and helps you understand whether continued work feels right for you.
-
You’re welcome to start with an Individual Guidance Session. It’s a supportive space to explore what you’re carrying and determine whether one of the programs is the right next step.
